Since April 2018 all properties require a valid EPC certificate before they can be marketed for sale or rental. To arrange an EPC for your domestic or commercial property, just call or email me to arrange an appointment at a time to suit you. An EPC assessment takes about 40 minutes and I will create a certificate and send it to you within 24 hours or on the same day if it is urgent. I do not charge VAT so the prices below are fixed.
